By accessing or using DesignStager you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted on this page.

You may use DesignStager to generate AI presentations, download templates, and access marketplace assets for personal and commercial projects, subject to any plan-level restrictions. You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Free plan users receive limited daily AI generations as published on the Pricing page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

All AI-generated presentations and designs you create using the Service are owned by you. DesignStager retains ownership of its platform, templates, underlying models, and source code.

You must not use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data needed to operate the Service, and we never sell your personal data or your files.

Reference uploads: Images you upload as a reference for Image-to-Image or Image-to-Video are used only to create your result. They are stored temporarily on our servers and are automatically and permanently deleted within about 1 hour of upload. Voice samples you upload for Voice Clone are kept in your account so you can reuse your voice, until you delete that voice (AI Audio → Voice Clone) or delete your account.

Generated content: Your creations (images, videos, audio and presentations) are stored securely in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2). Creations you do not save are automatically and permanently deleted after 7 days, and we email you a reminder before they are deleted. Creations you save to My Creations are kept for as long as your account is active, within the storage limit of your plan.

AI processing partners: To generate your results, your prompts and uploads are sent to our AI processing partners (such as Cloudflare, Replicate, WaveSpeed, Google and OpenAI), who process them under their own terms. DesignStager does not use your prompts, uploads or creations to train AI models.

Access to your files: Only you can view and download your files. Download links are private and expire after a few minutes. Authorised DesignStager administrators may access files only when needed for support, security or legal reasons.

Deleting your account: You can permanently delete your account at any time from My Account → Delete my account. This closes your account, cancels any active subscription immediately, and permanently deletes your saved and unsaved creations and your voice samples from our servers. Remaining credits are not refunded. Items you have already published on the Marketplace remain available. We keep a basic record of the deletion (your name, email address and the deletion date) for security and billing purposes.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds must be requested within 24 hours of purchase, and no refund is available after 24 hours. If any credits have been used, even 1 credit, the subscription is not eligible for a refund.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. DesignStager is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which DesignStager operates.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from My Account → Delete my account. To prevent misuse, the account is closed and deleted 24 hours after you confirm; until then you can open My Account and choose "Cancel deletion - keep my account" to stop it. Confirming cancels any active subscription immediately, so it will not renew. Deletion permanently removes your saved and unsaved creations and your voice samples from our servers. Remaining credits and unused subscription time are not refunded. Items you have already published on the Marketplace remain available. We keep a basic record of the deletion (your name, email address and the deletion date) for security and billing purposes. If you sign up again with the same email address, the free sign-up credits are not granted a second time.
